Improved Alert Engine

SiteSage is constantly scanning and monitoring important conditions for buildings and mechanical systems. The email and text alerts make it easy to know when a safety, budget, or equipment issue arises. But what happens when SiteSage goes offline due to a network or power issue? Previously, this situation meant no new alerts would trigger. People who depended on SiteSage for notifications were left in the dark. Now, when this happens, customers can receive an alert about this fact. If a person depends on SiteSage to know that buildings and equipment are running fine, then the system outage alert is key information.

Also, managing multiple locations is complicated. SiteSage helps by providing a great overview of virtually any number of locations. A new software feature makes it easier to manage run the alerts and subscribers for multiple buildings and users. Easily view alerts and subscriptions by location, individual subscriber, and type of alert. Please note this software feature is available for people using the commercial software and the affinity portal.
